Theo Curtis Ratliff
Theo Ratliff has established himself as one of the NBA’s premier shot blockers. After ranking 19th in the NBA in shotblocking in his first two seasons at 1.55 and 1.46 bpg, he climbed to fourth in the league in rejections in 1997-98, swatting away 3.15 shots per game in a season split between Detroit and Philadelphia. He ranked third in the NBA in shot blocking in 1998-99 at 2.98 bpg as the Sixers made the playoffs for the first time in eight seasons, and was fourth at 3.00 bpg in 1999-2000.
The 18th player picked in the 1995 NBA Draft, Ratliff played both forward and center for the Pistons as a rookie and averaged one block for every 11.2 minutes of action. He led the team in blocks for the second year in a row in 1996-97, when he started half of the 76 games he played.
He was the only player to start all 50 games for the Sixers in 1998-99 and led the team in rebounding at 8.1 rpg (20th in the NBA) as well as shot blocking, and was third in scoring at 11.2 ppg. Although he missed 25 games due to a stress fracture of his left ankle, he again led the Sixers in shot blocking in 1999-2000 and was the team’s third-leading rebounder and fourth leading scorer.
In 2010, Theo appeared in 49 games and started 29 of those games with San Antonio and Charlotte, averaging 3.6 points, 3.2 rebounds and 1.24 blocks in 16.4 minutes. He’s ranked 12th among league leaders in blocks per 48 minutes, scored in double-figures six times, totaled 10+ rebounds once, recorded 3+ blocks in eight games, scored a season-high 11 points against Golden State, totaled a season-high 11 rebounds and three blocks against Washington and posted a season-high four blocked shots against Minnesota. In July, 2010 he was signed to a 1-year deal by the Los Angeles Lakers.

Ken Cole
By all accounts, Mr. Ken Cole is considered one of the greatest Australian basketball players and coaches of all time. No stranger to controversy, Mr. Cole’s innovative winning strategies and charismatic influence transformed the very core of Australian sports culture. An unparalleled sports and business success, Mr. Cole remains a lightning rod and media icon, living a whirlwind of monumental challenges and victories. As a dual Olympian and one of the top three all-time coaches in international basketball, Mr. Cole defines the concept of an industry legend. As a world proven, disciplined leader, mere summaries of his extensive business and sports careers inevitably fail to do him justice. Mr. Cole single-handedly redefined Australian basketball – and that was just the beginning.
Mr. Cole is universally recognized as a powerful leader. His unmatched winning records stand with the best in any sport, in any country. Incorporating controversy into a unique formula for victory, Mr. Cole achieved a level of success and media attention that few have ever achieved in basketball or otherwise.
Beyond successful coaching and playing careers, Mr. Cole sought new challenges – he decided to apply a lifetime of team building and game winning tactics to the major leagues of business. However, in the midst of this transition, Mr. Cole entered into a battle with his most formidable opponent: diabetes. Requiring a litany of medications just to cope with the incredible pain caused by neuropathy, the best medical advice was simply to continue on painkillers until all the nerve endings in his feet were dead. Forced to use a cane for walking even the shortest distance, he had had enough. Not about to admit his first major defeat, and faced with life threatening complications and rapidly failing health, Mr. Cole rebounded to control his disease through nutrition and lifestyle. Mr. Cole has reduced his insulin by half, eliminated all other medications, and resumed a daily workout regimen. And so began a lifelong commitment to help every diabetic share in his win.
Mr. Cole eventually moved on to become highly successful in several industries, excelling within the brutally competitive markets of U.S. subcontractor labor, nutritional supplementation, health, fitness, and international trade.
Today, Mr. Cole is a highly sought consultant and motivational speaker.
